I need help with interpreting the validity scales, clinical scales and all other subscales on this report and putting into a narrative report. I believe the diagnosis for this client is adjustment disorder with disturbance of conduct. Please let me know if you think otherwise.
The Word doc I attached is what I have done so far. Everything in red is what I have added regarding my the client William. Everything in blue is the example provided to us from a previous case study. We should be following that example. The William S interpretations are what I have gather from my textbook and resources provided.
